Colene is a graduate from the Inland Massage Institute and has over 18 years of clinical experience. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy.
Colene performs numerous therapy techniques including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Scar Release, Myofascial Release and her own version of Active Release Technique.
Colene is fascinated with the body’s God-given ability to mend itself if given the proper tools to do so. By stretching the “short” muscles, strengthening the weaker ones, and adding in active participation from the patient, balance can be restored. Colene does not believe in chasing symptoms; Pain is often a symptom of a problem lying elsewhere in the body.
